Jeremy dated Piper to get closer to the Charmed Ones. He's a warlock that tries to kill the Charmed Ones to get their powers.

 

 

 

 

Lascaris was a powerful warlock who arrived in France in late 1700s. He would charm young women and have them collect his life force by kissing men. He needed the strength of those men to keep him young and virile for centuries.

 

He was obsessed with a particular deck of tarot cards and used them to predict his victims-the ones on whom his spells would be most effective. As Lascaris became more powerful, the women became weaker, and the men they kissed hovered near death. When the women were no longer strong enough to serve his needs, Lascaris would perform a ritual. When the ritual was complete, the men and women died.

 

Lascaris' spirit was imprisoned.

 

 

The emerald necklace belonged to a witch who fought a very powerful warlock named Lascaris. The witch imprisoned Lascaris inside the emerald with a spell that gave the warlock only one chance to escape every century : at 12:01 A.M., New Year's Day.

 

 

 

 

Back in eighteen eighty-eight they were trying to destroy Halliwell ancestors. The ribbons are magical talismans of some kind. They're used as both the Coven's calling cards and to activate spells that the coven has put  in place.

 

 

 

 

Falcroft is very powerful, very evil. He constantly tried to wreak havoc in the past, present and future.

 

Falcroft went into the past to corrupt the powers of the Charmed Ones' ancestor, Prudence Wentworth. He sent Hugh Montgomery, Prudence's lover, to subjugate her into becoming evil. Prudence started adding spells of dark magic to the BOS. This planted seeds of evil to the generation of Warren witches, and ultimately turned the Charmed Ones evil.

He had countless powers such as the power to form invisible walls and a special red beam, which he would shoot from his hands incinerating anything that met the path of the crimson light. His human form was a tall man with piercing eyes which were used to hypnotize children in the underworld which he would use to form his army. The only way for Vandalus to be freed from his human form is with a kiss from his true love.

 

 

 

 

Catherine of Alexandria was a princess living in fourth century, Roman-occupied Egypt. The Roman emperor, Maxentius, demanded Catherine's hand in marriage. When the pious princess refused him, he attempted to torture her into submission. Among the devices in his arsenal was a spiked wheel, which was forever called a Catherine wheel. Finally Maxentius beheaded the princess. From her neck flowed milk, rather than blood and immediately a chorus of angels came to steal Catherine's body away for a proper burial on Mount Sinai. Maxentius, in executing the saint, became doomed when he died a few years later, he became the ephermal demon, Lupercalus.

The first records of the Anubi orignated in ancient Egypt in the Nile Delta. They were demigods, followers of the god Anubis, who decided the fate of the soul upon death. After betraying Anubis, the Anubi were cast off to live a mortal life and to die a mortal death. Decades after their banishment, as the Anubi began to grow weak, they went to a witch to demand a spell that would return them to demigods before their imminent death. When the witch couldn't help them, they killed her and drank her blood. It is in this way they discovered that they gained strength from the blood of witches. That they could, in fact, live forever off their blood.

 

They drain the blood and keep it in canisters to be stored and used later. They need to drink only a bit at a time.

The being known as Tauschung, was once a French aristocrat named Nicolas Gerrard. During the French Revolution a band of incrauders set for to Gerrard's chateau.

 

He almost burned to death. Only the fact that he'd taken the unaristocratic action of getting engaged to a local peasant girl allowed him to survive. Her family risked their lives to rescue him. They barely got him out in time.

 

When Gerrard's fiancee saw how badly he'd been burned, she totally freaked and declared that she could never marry such a monster. At which point Gerrard vowed revenge. Said he'd show her, and all womankind, just what a monster was. The Power of Darkness overhead him and essentially offered him the power to do exactly that-in exchange for an eternity in his service.

 

Tauschung means illusion-his power is the ability to assume whatever form he wants.
