Mutator
This contraption transforms one type of matter into another. An alchemist places the initial sudstances inside the first cylinder. Then, as the alchemist chants, the substance materializes in the second cylinder in an entirely different form.

Alec

The goal for Alec was to seduce innocent women and spread evil through reproduction. However as Alec fell in love with Daisy, he became obsessed with her, killing people in an effort to force her to join him.

Andras

The Spirit of Rage uses anger that already exists as a portal to enrage his victims until they commit an act of violence.

Anton

Anton was soul mate/soul enemy of Phoebe and was trying to reunite with her in the present. He was allies in the 1920's with Phoebe's past life, one where she was an evil witch. Anton can change his appearance and knows how to make potions to enhance powers. He also had an amulet that protected the wearer and anyone who touches them from magic.

Arnon

He has the power of strangulation and the ability to sense rare powers.

Axel

To earn rewards and respect from the leaders of the Underworld this Upper-Level demon hired Tracers to eliminated Sandmen. Without dreams, people will give into anger and evil by acting out their issues in the waking world. An ambitious Tracer decides that killing the Charmed Ones is a faster career path, and that Axel is in his way, so he kills him.

Bacarra

He has the power of blinking, pyrogenism (through a spell) and deflection (through a spell). Bacarra was a warlock sent from the future by Cole through a time ripple to prevent Phoebe's death. He said that Cole once again reigned the Underworld in the future and that he was Cole's assistant. Instead of executing Cole's orders he teamed up with his present self and devised a plan to steal the BOS, thus making him invincible.

Banshee

A demon who wanders the earth feeding on souls in great pain. She uses her voice as a high-pitched call to locate a victim by hearing their inner cry. When she locates her victim, her cry turns into a lethal scream which causes a person's blood vessels to burst. When she targets her scream at a witch, the witch becomes a Banshee.

Barbas

The demon of fear who appears once every thirteen hundred years on Friday the 13th. He feeds on young witches for survival. He kills witches by making their worst fears reality and literally scaring them to death.

Belthazor

Beware of this Demonic Soldier of Fortune-Both powerful and dangerous, he has destroyed countless witches, innocents and demons. As sinister as he is intelligent, he is not to be trusted. Belthazor's known abilities include throwing energy balls and shimmering from place to place, but his powers are probably not limited to those capabilities. Becuase there is no known way to defeat him, Belthazor should be avoided at all costs. Belthazor/Cole was vanquished by The Charmed Ones countless times and for good.

Big Mama

An evil entity formed from the residual energy of all demons killed in the Manor. The Charmed Ones call a witch doctor to cleanse the house of this manifestation.

Bloody Mary and the Slasher

Movie monsters sent into reality by the Demon of Illusion to kill the Charmed Ones. Bloody Mary kills with a knife, and the Slasher attacks with an ax. They can be destroyed in real life the same way they die in their respective films.

Bosk

A sinister low-level demon who attacks by shooting light darts at his victims.

The Brotherhood of the Thorn

Triggs- Uses energy balls and a dagger

Vornac- Shimmering, Shapeshifting

Tarkin- Energy balls, shimmering

Klea- Invisibility

Raynor- Shimmering, mindreading

Belthazor- Shimmering, energy balls

They answer directly to The Source. The members are selected by The Source and must take a blood-oath of lifetime loyalty. The plan of the Brotherhood was to take over a company in order to control the world's stock.

Brute Demons

Upper-level demons with overwhelming physical strength. They work alone generally crushing skulls of their victims.

Bunyip

This ugly creature has Aboriginal blood. The Bunyip lives in Africa, Asia, and parts of the Austrian Outback. It is known to bring disease and is roughly the size of an ape. Usually the Bunyip will attack alone but when their young brood is disturbed they kill humans  found within a mile by eating them.

Cat Killer

He attacks Katrina, the Halliwell's familiar turned-human, to stop her from guiding future familiars. Without the enchanted creatures to guide them, witches are vulnerable.

Chameleons

Information gatherers for The Source. They can transform into any object in order to spy on someone. They have the power of telekinesis and shimmering.

Charon

Seen in Alcatrez, a female spirit shrouded in flames that is that ferries souls to hell.

The Collectors

A rare race of warlocks with the ability to drain knowledge out of people's brains with their sharp, needle like fingers. Their hunger is all they live for. Because they wanted the Akaskic records they threatened a man named Eric to help them translate an ancient tablet to find the whereabouts of this great book.

The Council

A high-ranking group of demons who are responsible for organizing attacks on specific individuals. Usually, they assign lower-level demons to do the work for them.

Creeper Demons

They cloak themselves in the shadows and prey upon spirits. Vanquishing a leader of these demons vanquishes his entire clan.

The Crone

A well known and respected advisor of evil whose ability is to forsee the future. An upper-level demon vanquishing spell will kill her.

Cronyn and Doris

A sorcerer, Cronyn learned of a prophecy from his mentor of a twice-blessed child that would be born on a special day when all magic would cease to exist in the world. He came to realize that Piper was carrying this twice-blessed child, and with the help of a female demon who called herself Doris, he managed to isolate Piper while she was in labor,  hoping to kidnap the child and raise it to be a powerful force of evil.

Cryto

In the 16th century, Cryto travelled from dukedom to dukedom, preying on people's vanity-bestowing youth in exchange for their souls. Cryto was found out and skinned alive by a group of witches who believed it would keep his spirit from ever being resurrected again. It takes three witches to summon and banish him.

Dane

A henchman of Cole when Cole becomes The Source. Dane incites others in the High Council to challenge Cole's authority. After the Charmed Ones vanquished Cole, Dane is chosen as the next Source by the High Council. Since he is not linked by lineage or magic to the Source, he must step aside when the Seer becomes the surrogate mother for the next Source. He is killed when the fetus Source's overpowering magic consumes the Seer at her coronation.

 Dantalian

A high priestess who performs various evil rituals. She paralyses her victims, putting them into a deep sleep, then works magic on them to make them evil. She is shielded from "Good's radar".

Darklighters

Darklighters spread evil and foster hate. They do this by killing or corrupting beings of good, especially Whitelighters and future Whitelighters. They seduce innocent women. Thier goal is to create evil through reproduction. Some force good souls into suicide through telepathic suggestion. These darklighters are sent to kill Whitelighters, using their crossbow which has a poison arrow, they are lethal to Whitelighters and will kill them if they are not instantly healed.

Demonatrix

This group of deadly assassins are famous for their weapons of choice, a throwing star. They can teletransport and have excellent fighting skills. They can be vanquished by their own weapons.

Demonic Market

Demons come to shop for things such as magical items, potions, and powers. It is guarded by two energy ball throwing demons who open the portal at the entrance.

Demonic Power-Broker

Demons  that auction demonic powers off to the highest bidder. They are known to sometimes use humans to store powers until they are bought.

A human being posessed of a demonic power will become confused, frightened, paranoid, violent, and demonic and will ultimately die if the power isn't withdrawn.

Devlin

This warlock stole the ring of inspiration so that he may trap muses and give their inspiration to other demons working with him to takeover the Underworld.

Dex

An advisor to Cole when he becomes the Source and assumes leadership of the Underworld.

Dragon

A powerful like of warlocks who breathe fire from their mouths, have the power to fly, and have supernatural strength. One Dragon warlock has a stronger than usual hatred for witches because they vanquished his father. Working with the Triad, he recruits a genie to destroy the Charmed Ones. Although Prue is killed in the ensuing events, the evil deed is undone and the Dragon is vanquished when the remorseful genie cooperates with the Charmed Ones.

Drazi

A human-form demon, Drazi fell in love with a mortal woman, and now wants revenge on Cupid, who turned her affection to a mortal man. Cupid's ring, which he steals to spread hate, protects him from the Charmed Ones' vanquishing potion. Once Cupid's ring is removed, the potion turns him into a black puddle.

Eames

Eames is a warlock who has collected the power of cloning, transmogrification, and fire.

Ten years ago Eames murdered a witch in Glasgow, a triumph, and stole the cloning power.

He also killed a witch in Nairobi, Kenya in 1989 and took the power of transmogrification.

Any witches should consider him to be a terrible threat.

Elias Lundy

The Von Lewen family chauffeur was obsessed with Martha Von Lewen, who shot and killed him. To make her suffer, Elias lingered as a ghost with a lightning-like power to inflict pain and death. He kills her husband and two sons, but the Charmed Ones save her grandson, Matthew. Although Elias hides his bones so the witches can't destroy him with a potion, Martha removes the object of his wrath-herself. The ghost is vanquished when Martha commits suicide.

Evil Enchantress

A witch who came to the craft late, and learned to use it quickly. She was gifted with the power to conjure the elements. She was also skilled at creating potent potions to achieve her goals.

Defiant, clever, and independent, she was by far the most powerful witch of the 12th century. She was Paige's past life.

Executioner Demons

Minions of a low order. Demonic mercenaries incapable of original thoughts or deed. Usually found in the employ of higher level demons or mortals proficient in dark arts. They can be vanquished with their own weapons or a spectrum of valerian potions.

The Four Horseman of the Apocalypse

Hand picked by The Source, the Four Horseman of the Apocalypse are the "annoited ones" and bear the mark of the omega, the end. War, strife, famine, and death each use their special powers for spreading loss and death in order to lead the eventual destruction of the world. The horseman are immune to all magic and only The Source can vanquish them. When a team of horseman fails, The Source destroys them and picks a new team.

Frankie and Lulu

Gangster lovers who robbed jewelry stores in the 1950's, their ghosts enter the present when Clyde opens a time portal for Leo and Paige. They possess Phoebe and Cole, rob a jewelry and bridal shop, and go to church to get married. Clyde captures both spirits and sends them back.

Furies

Like their mythic ancestors, these demonic women act as Judge, Jury, and Executioner to anyone they consider an "Evil Doer". They slice victims with their sharp talons and they let the "Evil Doers" hear their past victims cries also they kill them with poisonous smoke.

When inhaled by a good witch, the smoke seeks out a portal of unexpressed fury, then causes the fury to build, consuming the witch's humanity, and ultimately turning her into a fury.

Gammill

Gammill, aka 'The Collector', is known for his passion of collecting one of a kind figurines. Thirty years ago a witch cast a spell to make him as hideous on the outside as he was on the inside.

He uses a golem (Finn), to lure women into his house. Then he uses a wand to shrink them, covers them with clay, and fires them in a kiln. Afterward he paints and displays them.

Gavin

A warlock from the future, Gavins shoots a lethal beam of light from a third eye in his forehead. He has been sent back to kill everyone connected with making a vaccine against his kind, including the unborn baby of the Charmed Ones' innocent. There is no reference to him in the BOS because he doesn't exist yet. However, jamming a crowbar in his third eye puts an end to him. His remains are swept into a cloudlike, blue funnel that opens in midair.

Gith

This demon has the ability to create vortexes that suck his victims into worlds fashioned according to their desires, wishes, and dreams. If told a person's desires, he can also create pocket realms without the use of the vortexes. Eventually within these realms, the indulgence of the person's desires lead to their self-destruction. Gith feeds off the energy created by peoples' unfulfilled desires.

Grimlocks

Grimlocks are white demons with whirling red eyes, underground demons who roam from city to city killing powerful forces of good by seeing unique auras that sorround them, which they are able to do by stealing the sight of innocent children. The stolen eyesight will last for twenty-four hours, but only if the children are alive. After the children's use has waned the Grimlocks consume them.

Guardians

Assigned by an Upper-level demon, these spirits inhabit criminal mortals. They protect the host in exchange for souls, which are removed through an inverted, triangular rune carved in the victim's forehead. They can be killed by thrusting a stake through the rune on their forehead. The mortal host is unharmed when a Guardian vacates.

Hannah Webster

Subservient to Rex Buckland, Hannah works with the warlock to acquire the Charmed Ones' powers.

Hawker Demons

A breed of demons known for hawking magical goods at the demonic marketplace. Hawkers prefer to stay in their stall, but when their customers' demands are high they are known to go into the world to collect their goods.

Hecate

Queen of the Underworld, who comes to earth every 200 years in order to get pregnant by a mortal, she must marry him in a sanctified wedding. The child will look like an ordinary mortal but will be a demon inside. Hecates spell may only be broken by true love.

Javna

Javna feeds one week out of every year, stealing the life force from the young, by invoking a black magic power that will allow him to gain eternal youth. This also makes his victims grow old.

Jeremy

Jeremy dated Piper to get close to the Charmed Ones. He's a warlock that tries to kill the Charmed Ones to get their powers.

Jeric

A demon known not only for his witch killing, but also for his rituals of mummification. His evil dates as far back as ancient Eygpt and in the past four decades he has surfaced in the Middle East, Cairo, Istanbul, and Tripoli. He can be identified by the sand that is left behind in the wake of his dematerialization.

Kurzon

Kurzon is an enemy of The Source who was banished from the Underworld for inciting a failed coup.

Lazarus Demons

They are telekinetic demons that have the ability to resurrect themselves. The only way they cannot be resurrected would be if they were buried in a cemetary.

Libris

In the demonic hierarchy there are none more insidious than those who belong to this order for the work of the demon is to keep the world in darkness and ignorance. The haunting grounds of these monsters are found wherever humans have the potential to find unequivocal proof of the existence of demons. Libris lures his victims, then drags them through a portal to another location and decapitates them with his scythe.

Litvak

This upper-level demon has telepathic abilities. He is responsible for distributing powerful weapons that can only be activated by demons to his lower-level minions.

Manticore

Vicious demons with supernatural strength and venemous claws. Manticore's communicate in high pitched cries and tend to travel in packs.

Masselin

This demon makes pacts with mortals offering wealth and sucess while the demon seeks willing, trusting souls delivered by the one who sealed the pact. He entraps his victims inside him while they are still alive so he can torture their souls for his pleasure from their suffering.

Necromancer

Not a demon but the ghost of a demon who was vanquished. He feeds on the souls of magical dead which gives him temporary life. He was once "Grams" lover.

Necron

Necron is a skeletal being who hovers between life and death. This demon has the power to incinerate any living creature to feed on its life force. These stolen life forces sustain Necron through centuries of unlife, though he requires an unending supply of living essence to keep from decaying further.

Nigel and Robin

These two warlocks tried to pray upon a gathering of covens at the manor in the 1960s. Robin insinerated herself as Penny's best friend in order to help Nigel plot to kill dozens of witches. Fortunately, Penny vanquished both of these evil doers. Both had the power to throw fireballs and Nigel could freeze time.

The Oracle

With her powers of seeing into the future this demon is an important consultant to The Source. However, her visions are not always very accurate.

The Order

This demonic cult used to be the most powerful force of evil until their leader was vanquished. Thinking that their leader had been reincarnated as Wyatt, The Order used their power to reverse Wyatt's sense of morality and kidnap him.

Orin and Cree

A gypsy hunter, Orin posessed the ability to identify gypsies from ordinary people. To stop him from killing their kind, the Shuvanis of a gypsy tribe pooled their power to blind Orin. In an effort to gain revenge for his father, Orin's son Cree began taking the eyes of shuvanis, trying to find the mystical "evil eye" that would not only restore his fathers eyesight, but give him powers as well.

Parasites

Once powerful demons, the parasites were cursed by a witch centuries ago, leaving them reliant on others' magic to survive. Because they must drain the magic of other beings, the parasites like to target witches to try to exact revenge on those who cursed them, but they search for a source of magic that would restore them to full strength.

Phantasms

These ghostly creatures possess mortals with leanings toward evil and accentuate those tendencies. To vanquish a phantasm, one must first expell it from the mortal with a potion then use a wand to capture it.

Phink

This lower-level demon escaped from purgatory along with Barbas, only to be promptly thrown back to the Underworld.

Raynor

An upper-level demon who is the leader of The Brotherhood of the Thorn. He has mentored powerful demons and is a close advisor to The Source.

The Rowe Coven

Ever since the tenth century, each generation of the Rowes has grown stronger. No one can find a weapon or spell to stop them. There is also a Rowe prophecy: eventually, the strongest generation will be three brothers, the Royal Rowe Coven.

Saleel

This reptile demon, while a lower-level being, is quite elusive. He has telekinetic powers and kills by strangulation. He plotted to gain power in the Underworld by killing Leprechauns and stealing their gold to bestow good luck upon demons.

Scabber Demons

These demons have the ability to spit deadly spray of acid which they kill their victims. They are immune to witches' powers and weapons-only their own venom can destroy them.

Scavenger Demons

They feed on the remains of other demons' victims.

The Sea Hag

A water demon who has the ability to trap someone in columns of water. She can cause rainstorms, tidal waves, and hurricanes. She tricks mermaids by offering them legs but if the mermaid doesn't find true love with a mortal the sea hag will take their immortality.

Seekers

Distant cousins of vampires, they have the ability to float and have long canine teeth. They gather information by feeding on their victims brain stem cells. A vampire's bite will identify a Seeker's attack.

The Seer

An upper-level demon who has been around for thousands of years. Becuase she has the power to see the future, she is the advisor to The Source of all evil. In fact, she has served multiple Sources, changing to get close to the ultimate power. She is a magical craftsman and is immune to spells and tonics, but rarely kills unless she has to.

Shadow

A black cat familiar who mixed a lethal potion by dropping vials off a mantel, subsequently killing his witch and becoming a warlock. He has until the new moon to purge all vestiges if his previous existence to become immortal. For Shadow, this means completing nine feline lives. When he attacks and kills innocents, the Charmed Ones have no choice but to kill him-over and over. He is vanquished by the combined pain of his nine deaths brought on by a Charmed potion and spell.

Shax

The Sources personal assassin. He has the ability to travel as a strong gust of wind. He kills his victims, such as Prue, with powerful energy blasts.

Shocker Demon

Made of electricity and can only attack if there is electricity around his victims house. Breaking him down to smaller particles will temporarily disable him but not kill him.

Sin Infector

They keep crystal boxes containing balls with the seven deadly sins inside. Once human who were consumed by sin in life, they target a "sin" thats already there, such as Prue and pride, and multiply that leading them to self-destruction. The sin balls may only disempower if the infector is killed or if the infected commits a selfless act.

Siren

As a mortal she fell in love and married a man. Their affair was later discovered causing her to be burned at the stake. She then became a demon. Through her rage she inflicts pains she felt on couples who are married. She lures the man and wife with her song than burns the man's lungs and burns the wife in flames.

Slime Demon

A large green blob that feeds on magic.

Smoker Demons

They are completely made of smoke. They emerge to attack innocents when Mercury is in retrograde.

Soul Blaster Demons

These demons have the power to eject people's souls from their bodies.

The Source

A demon who calls himself the Source of all evil, but isn't. He is at the highest level of the evil hierarchy, rules the Underworld, and is the upper-level demon of all upper-level demons. For over a thousand years ago, while one of the most important wars in the Underworld, The Source took control over the biggest part of them and vanquished his most powerful competition. But this battle required a sacrafice by The Source. The Slasher wrecked the Source's face with his claws, then the rage of The Source aroused and with one huge impact was the Slasher annihilated. Since this moment, The Source rules the Underworld and uses a cowl to hide his face, nobody has ever seen his face again. Also a report exists, which says The Source has lost half of his face and the other half is covered with scars.His spirit was vanquished by The Charmed Ones, reincarnated in Cole, than vanquished again.

Spider Demon

An evil creature that emerges from its hidden lair every hundred years to capture and feed off the most powerful magical being it can detect. This demon can spin webs, change from human to spider form at will, and infect his victims with a venom that turns them into spider demons as well.

Stillman Sisters

Common witches known for their small time hustles and cons. Not worth vanquishing. If they become a problem try a simple spell to bind their magic.

Succubus

When a witch renounces all mortal emotion and makes a pact with darkness to protect herself from heartbreak she than becomes a succubus. She than lures men with her magic and she feeds on their testosterone with her razor sharp tongue.

Swarm Demons

Like vampires and Kazis they are part of a hive. The Swarm King forms other Swarm Demons from his own body and feels the pain they feel. Killing a Swarm Demon wil only cause more. In order to kill them all you need to kill the Swarm King.

Sykes

An upper-level demon who modeled himself after Belthazor, trying to gain notoreity in the Underworld by killing covens of witches.

The Tall Man

Oral tradition tells of ancient whose body served as a portal to other dimensions. Becuase he was imprisoned centuries ago, nobody knows what this demon's name is or if he even exists.

There's no known vanquish for him. The Source was so threatened, he condemned the giant to spend eternity in a cage.

Tempus

The Devil's Sorcerer, Tempus is the manipulator if time, serving only his will always, always for evils gain. To defeat Tempus, remove him from the time that he is in.

Tracer Demon

These lower-level demons are prized as mercenaries in the Underworld for their ability to follow magical prey across different dimensions. Powerful abd cunning they are nearly impossible to escape.

Trok Demon

A monstrous two-headed demon who generates violent waves with his voice, he can only be summoned while on a earthly plane.

Troxa

This invisible demon has the ability to attack unsuspecting victims and escape without detection-Although his power prevents the naked eye from seeing him, his being is still corporeal, therefor he cannot pass through walls or objects. Troxa's one weakness is that his ectoplasmic biochemistry is sensitive to cold. When he encounters cold temperatures, he may become partially visible. This vulnerability can be fatal.

Tuatha

Two-hundred years ago, a good witch turned evil and started using her craft against innocents. Fortunately, she was tricked in a cave and entombed. Tuatha's great power is her magic wand-with it she becomes impossible to defeat. 

The only person who can defeat her is The Chosen One.
 

Vampires

Creatures of the night who must hunt people to drain their blood, using their long canine teeth. They can take on bat form and are immune to witch's powers. Their weaknesses include their vulnerability to sunlight, crosses and holy water also burn them.

Vampires have been exiled from the Underworld for many years because of a conflict with The Source. They are ruled by a Vampire Queen and the destruction of the Queen kills all her minions as well.

If a person is bitten by a vampire in bat or human form, he will turn into one. To unbecome a vampire, the Vampire Queen must be killed before the person who was turned makes his first kill.

Vinceres

This demonic assassin has been around for ages. He is an unstoppable hitman and never gives up until he kills his target. His touch has the power to burn and he is immune to witches' powers.

Vulture Demons

They feed on the remains of dead demons and other helpless prey with their sharp teeth.

Water Demon

This demon dwells in water, drowning his victims from the inside. He has the ability to possess his victims. A witch's powers become useless against the demon. To vanquish him use electricity to seperate the water particles that make up the demon.

Wendigo

It destroys people who are in love. It feasts on human hearts. The first wendigo was a mortal betrayed by his sweetheart and his heart turned to ice. During the day the Wendigo looks like a mortal. The full moon is when his anger and appetite are greatest. To kill him you must melt his heart.

Wicked Witch

The wicked witch of the enchanted forest used her magic to curse magical beings into strange forms so that they could not perform their magical duties.

Woogyman

A demon in shadow that has the power to possess his victims and infect them with evil. He seaks control of the nexus, which the manor sits on, wanting to spread evil by gaining its power. Entombed in the earth below the manor, the demon is released during earthquakes.

Xavier and Tull

In seeking revenge for their father's death, these two brothers targeted a group of wood nymphs, trying to gain access to the Eternal Spring so that they could drink from the spring and become invincible.

Zahn

A lower-level demon and soul trader who specializes in demonic cotracts and demonic law.

Zile

This shapeshifting warlock teamed up with a dark priestess named Dontalion to trick Prue into marrying him into a ceremony that would infect Prue with his evil so that that evil would then spread to her sisters as well.
